A few years ago, I was that skinny girl who wanted to gain weight in the right places, grow her glutes, and finally feel confident in her body but I had no clue where to start. I wasted time trying random workouts and bad diets, thinking results would magically appear… they didn’t.
Once I started following a real plan, eating to fuel my body, and staying consistent, that’s when everything changed. I didn’t just build a booty… I built confidence, strength, and discipline.
Now, I help other women do the same.
